
32 degrees is definitely the best time to enjoy this cold Watermelon, Mint and Mozzarella Salad. They are everywhere and to be honest, going really cheap. So get yourself some watermelon, keep it cold in the fridge while you make the sweet balsamic syrup.
For that you would need:
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
2 1/2 spoons of sugar.
Reduce that on a medium heat till it thickens.
I then dressed the watermelon, mozzarella and mint with some olive oil, black salt and this delicious balsamic syrup. Simple but so good! Enjoy!!
